By accessing and using Boostmeup.ai (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this Service.

3. User Obligations

As a user of our Service, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

• Not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service

4. Subscription and Payment Terms

Subscription Model: All paid services are provided on a continued subscription basis until cancelled by the user. By subscribing to our Service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected plan.

Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer service department. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, the "Content"), are the exclusive property of Pink Life Products LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pink Life Products LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Cook County, Illinois.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pink Life Products LLC regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
